You can get a $100 cash bonus when you open a Chase personal checking account and set up a direct deposit or make 5 debit card purchases within 60 days.

Chase Personal Checking Bonus Details

This offer is not available to existing Chase checking customers.

You must open a new Chase Checking account with a $100 minimum deposit of new money (money not currently held by Chase or its affiliates) in order to qualify for this bonus offer.

Within 60 calendar days of account opening, you must set up a monthly electronic direct deposit (from your employer or the government) of your payroll, pension or government benefits, such as Social Security, OR you must have at least 5 debit card purchases posted to your account.

The $100 bonus reward will be deposited into your new account within 10 business days after meeting either of these requirements.

The bonus is not considered part of the $100 minimum opening deposit.

There is a limit of 1 checking account-related reward/premium per customer, per calendar year.

This offer is not available on account conversions or in combination with any other offer.

Your checking account must remain open for a minimum of 6 months, or the bonus will be debited from the account at closing.

    I have applied twice for the coupon for the $100 coupon for opening a chase personal checking account. I have never received a coupon. I did open a chese account. I have inquired by phone from Chase about the coupon I never received. I got different answers. One was that coupons are sent out by bulk mail to local post offices, and the post office decides who gets the coupons. Another answer was that as long as I applied and had direct deposits, I didn’t need and actual physical coupon – it would just happen. The promotion ends this week. If I need a coupon, please send it to me. If I need it and don’t receive it, I may write a complaint letter to local and federal agencies. I appreciate your response. Thank you.
