Chase Credit Card Referral Bonuses for Cardholders – List of Active Cards

The Chase credit card referral program offers bonuses for both members when a current cardholder refers a new Chase Bank credit card customer.

If you are a current Chase credit card member with any of the following credit cards, you can qualify to earn extra bonus rewards from Chase for referring your friends to apply for a new credit card:

  • Chase Freedom Unlimited Card – $100 Per Referral up to $500 Annually.
  • Chase Sapphire Preferred Card – 15,000 Points Per Referral up to 75,000 Annually.
  • Any Southwest Rapid Rewards Credit Cards – 10,000 Points Per Referral up to 50,000 Annually.
  • United Explorer Card – 10,000 Miles Per Referral up to 50,000 Annually.
  • British Airways Visa Signature Card – 10,000 Avios Per Referral up to 50,000 Annually.
  • Any Marriott Bonvoy Credit Card – 20,000 Points Per Referral up to 100,000 Annually.
  • World of Hyatt Credit Card – 5,000 Points Per Referral up to 25,000 Annually.
  • Disney Visa Card – $100 Per Referral up to $500 Annually.

How To Access the Chase Refer A Friend Program

1. If you are a current Chase cardholder, just visit the Chase Refer-A-Friend Program to find your participating credit card program and click the “Refer Friends Now” button to get started.

2. On the individual card page, you’ll need to enter your last name, ZIP code, and the last 4 digits of your credit card, and then click the “Get Started” button.

3. You’ll then gain access to refer your friends to your credit card via email and social media links.

4. When your friends sign up for a new credit card account through your referral, you’ll both receive an extra bonus reward.

Please note that the referral bonuses will vary, depending on which Chase credit card you have, and there are also limitations on how much current cardholders can earn through the referral program.

Exchange Chase Credit Card Referrals

Although the new applicant bonus may not necessarily be better when you sign up through a current customer’s referral, it’s still a good way to spread the wealth and help everyone earn more bonus rewards.

You could even exchange referrals directly between 2 people for different cards, like if someone signs up for the Chase Freedom card through your referral, then you’ll sign up for the Chase Sapphire card through their referral, so that you can both benefit.

Details About Using Chase Refer A Friend Program

How to Invite Friends:

Once you enter your name, zip code, and last 4 digits of your card, you will be directed to a page with details on your “Refer-A-Friend” offer.

On that page, enter the first name and email address for all friends you wish to invite.

Click submit.

Or if you have a Facebook or Twitter account, you can click on the Facebook and Twitter icons and post an invitation link on your wall.

You can also use your Twitter referral link to share elsewhere, like on your blog or in the comments of this blog.

Your friend must apply through the links in the email, your Facebook message or Twitter post in order for you to receive credit.

Limits on Inviting Friends:

You can invite as many friends as you want during the referral period.

You will receive your rewards for each friend who is approved for and uses the card by the offer deadline.

There is a maximum rewards cap for each of their “Refer-A-Friend” offers.

That cap will be shown on the offer page you will be directed to after inputting your name, zip code, and last 4 digits of your card on this page.

Earning Limitations from Referrals:

You can earn rewards up to the stated cap for each offer, however, please note that if you take advantage of multiple “Refer-A-Friend” opportunities within 1 calendar year, the maximum rewards that you can earn from all referral offers is 50,000 bonus points per calendar year.

When You Receive Your Referral Rewards:

You must allow 6 to 8 weeks after each new cardmember’s first use of their card for the rewards to be posted in your account.

Take advantage of the Chase credit card referral program to earn extra bonus cash or rewards points for referring your friends and family to apply for your credit card.

    Sapphire Reserve 50,000 points, plus $300 travel credit (per year) and many other top perks you get with Chase’s Infinite Visa benefits (too many to list here).     Nice lil perk from Chase. I would like to know what the referral bonus is for say Freedom & Ink and can a person who has more than 1 chase card get referral links for them or only 1 card?
