The regular application offers a $150 statement credit after $500 in purchases for the Disney Visa Card with no annual fee or a $300 statement credit after $1,000 in purchases for the Disney Visa Premier Card with a $49 annual fee.

The statement credit bonus usually posts within days of meeting the spending requirement, even before your first month’s statement is mailed if you spend the $500/$1,000 quickly.

    For simply spending $500 in the first 3 months, you earn a $200 statement credit. It’s hard to beat that. What I do is use my card for things I am going to have to pay anyway, like insurance, medical or household bills, or other necessities, then pay the card in full each month.     The Disney Rewards Visa (no annual fee) is available by referral, with a $200 Statement Credit with $500 spend in the first 3 months from account opening. That’s a 40% return on your purchases! You can also receive up to 500 Disney Rewards Dollars per year by referring others (100 Rewards Dollars per friend, up to 5).     Guys!! The Disney refer a friend offer has changed a little and I like the changes! So, instead of the $200 Disney gift card (after spending $500 in the first three months), you get a $200 statement credit instead which is even more useful! You still need to spend the $500 in the first three months but that’s easy (for me, at least). Another change!! You get 100 Disney dollars for every person you refer that gets approved, up to 500 in a year! Last year you got 50 per approval. So it’s a lot easier to hit your 500, you only need to get 5 people to sign up and be approved. Lots of perks with this card too.
