Jackscardsandcoupons are the absolute worst! I had ordered with them for almost 2 years…no problems…and loved their prices (although they do raise their prices on hot coupons a lot…but if you’re ahead of the game, you can get hot ones for cheap).
The first time that I didn’t receive my order and I emailed them checking to be sure that it shipped and they responded simply yes. That order never arrived. I chalked it up to lost in the mail which is probably was. I ordered from them again…coupons never received. I ordered from them a third time and they weren’t received. They sent the confirmation for those last two orders saying that it shipped. They couldn’t have shipped…I can’t see how all 3 orders would get lost when I receive coupons on a daily basis (I’m a heavy trader). They continue to take your order and your money without blocking your order. Who does that??? Unethical bullies, that’s who.

I agree they have said an order was shipped and yet I am fairly certain they never mailed it. I was a long time customer and let them know that an order I had been told was shipped on a Monday was postmarked the following Thursday (4 days later) and so did not arrive when they should have. It was after this that I think they took the payment for cpns but did not put them in the mail.

Very bad service from Jacks card and stuff. My order did not come. I only spent around $5 with them. Never got the order but when I contacted them they deactivated me because I did not get the insurance for the coupons. Well first of all I did not think that I needed ins on $5 worth of coupons and I did not realize that they offered ins. They in my opinion are coupon clipping bullies. (order from us but if anything goes wrong with your order then too bad for you…we wont assist you in any way and you will never order from us again!!!) everyone needs to pass this information on if we stop spending with them, they will be forced to change their practices!!!

another bad experience from jackscardsandcoupons. i ordered a pretty big order for me. order never showed. contacted them and was given a credit but told i had to use it all-at-once. several months later i went to use it and they said the credit had expired. I was NEVER told there was an expiration on the credit. I contacted them about it and NOTHING was done. i was out the entire amount. until this happened i was happy with them- this was the first time their coupons didnt show.
I have used many venders. this is the only currently active one that i have been screwed by.

Wow I just ordered from Jacks…yesterday and they said it shipped so hopefully I will receive my order. But I ordered from a service called (klip2save) and they were super efficient. I ordered on the 18th of April and received it on the 21st so I placed a 2nd order and received them today. I very happy just be wary of where you buy because these sites have little to no reviews whatsoever. But so far so good for klips2ave.

Update!!!!!I’ve ordered a few times from jacks and received my order with no mistakes. I have also ordered from klip2save several times and although they are very efficient the sent me the wrong coupons. It happened once but I had to reorder to get the coupons I wanted.

Just wanted to share my horrible experience with Jacks cards and coupons. I was sent the wrong coupon several times and finally I sent them a message asking them to correct it. Their customer service is horrible. If you have a problem, don’t say anything because they will deactivate your account and give you no resolution. After some time had passed, I tried again (because they had coupons that no one else did). I was able to place an order, it said it shipped, they got paid and never sent my coupons. I sent them a message simply stating that I didn’t receive my order and once again they deactivated my account and gave me no response. Beware! I would appreciate any advice on how to get my money back from these thieves.
