Popeyes restaurants are offering a receipt survey for 2 free pieces of chicken and a biscuit with the purchase of any large drink.

Just visit any participating Popeyes and make a purchase to receive your receipt.

You should see the survey information on the back of your Popeyes receipt.

You must visit www.tellpopeyes.com or call 1-800-682-0219 to complete the brief survey.

You must complete the survey within 2 days of your Popeyes purchase.

You will receive a validation code when you complete the survey, which you must enter on your receipt.

Then bring back the receipt with the validation code to redeem for your free 2 pieces of chicken and a biscuit when you purchase any large drink.

There is a limit of 1 offer per guest per month for this promotion, although you can probably work around that limit, as they do not take your name during the survey process.

For those looking to score the free food offer without making an initial purchase, you can also just grab a receipt from somewhere around the restaurant, as you’ll usually find one laying on the ground outside or around the garbage where people drop them.

    Every time I try to do the survey, it comes up on my computer that Microsoft has blocked it. I cannot get past that no matter what I try. Then I found an 800 number so thought I would call and see if I can do the survey that way. The phone dials but never rings. What is going on? I used to do the survey and took advantage of the free chicken and biscuit. Has anyone else had this problem when trying to do the survey? What is the answer?

    Ot worth the hassle. You have to buy a drink that I wouldn’t normally buy. This is the umteenth time I have said UNSWEET tea and gotten sweet. The chicken pieces looked liked they picked the worst ones and were a bit whiter than spicy but they were spicy. Again, not worth it.

    store # 11984 Greenfield, Indiana Order was slow. I stood at counter waiting and in that time saw worker, with headphone/mic come over, reach in fry bin, take out fries, put them in his mouth, eating as he walked away. I told cashier and she replied ‘your fries had already been scooped ‘ !!!!! I let her know I wanted new fresh (untouched’ untasted) fries and she
    accommodated me, she also went to staff and ask them to stop eating out of cooked fry bin.

    The Opelika Al. location is at best sub standard. Little or no qualified help which has lasted two years now. I stop in about every three months and there is no improvement. The last two times I have tried to find and complete a survey but your ticket information does not match your survey form. Popeyes in Fort Walton had the best eating ever in the months I was living there. The Opelika food is barely eatable and your surveys are total B.S.

    I purchased the 8 piece shrimp W/Biscuit and Mashed Potatoes as a side for $5.00. The shrimp were very good. The potatoes were also good but they forgot to put the gravy on them. I also got a hot apple pie which was very good. Also the receipt they gave me didn’t have any of the information on it that I needed in order to share my feedback with them.

    The chicken was hardly cooked & not crispy at all. The mashed potatoes were seasoned good.
    No way to leave a feedback & get the validation code to try the 2 pieces of Chicken. Hoping it would be cooked better & crisp the second time. Sure doesn’t look like the pictures you post!!!
    The 3 tender chicken pieces were so tiny for 9.33 NOT HAPPY with Popeyes chicken at all, 7612 Western Ave, in Oklahoma, City. Also they had no prices posted, had to ask prices. Dollie

    On April 27,2022 at store number2152 i bought a five piece chicken box and i got a free senior citizen dr.pepper drink.The chicken was good.At the end of my drink there were a silver dime in the bottom of the cup.I did not go back but i should have that is so disgusting. Who would do a thing like that?Why would you play with people’s food that they have to eat.?the manager needs to have a meeting with there staff.And tell them not to put coins or anything in customs food that doesn’t belong in there.

        Let me start by saying I love your chicken and shrimp dishes. Used to log be your green beans too but it’s been discontinued at our Popeyes store #10680 (Bremerton, Wa).
        So on that note yesterday I purchased your 5 pc meal mild to go. It’s a good thing I checked it before we left as I had 4 pcs not 5. When I went back in to get my thigh I was told that since they didn’t have a mild thigh they gave me NO thigh at all. They did not even ask if I might’ve wanted a different piece or even a spicy thigh instead. They said nothing to me at all about only having 4 pcs in my order. BTW, I got the spicy thigh which ended up not being spicy at all!

        I ordered a Coconut Shrimp. Paid $10.69. I have a picture of the shrimp I received. All 18 of them. No e bigger than a quarter. Most size of dime or penny.. You should be ashamed. No coconut visible on breading. No taste of coconut. No sweetness. Zip. What a ripoff. Love your chicken. Surprised you would offer such a poor meal.. Also no receipt. St Petersburg joint on Park Blvd.

    I am from N. Charleston, SC
    I go to the same Popeye’s about once a week. the servers in store #7088 are always very friendly. My server Caitlyn was the most pleasant and respectful
    server I have had. They train them very well at this restaurant. that is what
    keeps me coming back, not to mention the chicken. always hot and crispy.

    I went to a Popeyes in Detroit, MI on 02-19-21@ 6;19 pm. Ordered a fish sandwich. I got home ready to eat my fish sandwich, took the sandwich out of the wrapper marked fish and it was a chicken sandwich. I called the store to let them know what happened. All I got was a recording.

    Went to Popeyes in Roseville Michigan. Order 2 chicken sandwich combos, left drive thru with my food. Only to discover they only gave me one order of french fries! How difficult is it to complete a simple order??????? And fast food workers want $15.00 per hour????? What a joke!!!!! Then they want you to take this survey and they dont give you a validation number, call the 1-800 number and it hangs up on you!

    On 11 30 2020 I visit your store in watleboro store #13349.order the wicket shrimp and chicken tenders deal…tenders was very hard.shrimps was all batter and soggy.biscut was good..fries was cold..although I enjoy your chicken sandwich..only had it one time…wish I had order that instead..

    After seeing all the comments on this site from customers who could not access the feedback website, I am not convinced that anyone will read my comments. I stopped at store # 4427 at 3:35 p.m. on Wednesday, December 2, 2020 to buy my 84-year old mother chicken, mashed potatoes, and green beans. Green beans were not available, along with most other sides. After ordering what I could, I stood there watching employees behind the counter, as well as in the kitchen. I was totally shocked and disgusted when I saw someone in the kitchen with his mask off his nose, mouth, and down to his chin. One other employee had his mask off his nose as well as several of the employees behind the counter. How can this be when 13.8 million people in the United States have contracted COVID-19 with over 271,000 deaths? This is totally unacceptable. When I was leaving, someone, who looked like she may be a manager, arrived. I stood there for a moment, thinking the employees may place their masks where even kindergarten students know where to place them. No, that did not happen. I certainly hope my mother does not contract the virus, because I will know exactly what information that is needed to inform legal experts to rectify this situation.

    Wanted to do the survey, was there yesterday ( 10/11/20) . Crew was nice & got what I ordered, tried to take the survey, the 1st time would not let me do it, then I got thru @ the end NO SURVEY CODE, I tried different emails. Then I called the 800 #, you dial it, it does not even ring you just hear a noise the it disconnects, all I want is my code & my free chicken. I live in NY & this store just opened.       I was at one of you’re restaurant’s yesterday. The person was nice and the food was good but I was upset that I couldn’t purchase a side dish instead of a drink. I didn’t want the drink I usually don’t . but I asked yesterday could I do so. So I guess I’ll visit again when I want a drink thank you.

    Tried to enter info in order to get Free chicken.
    After entering the info required from my receipt, the response was popeye’s has completed bonuses for this period. The back of my receipt does not say that. My receipt info:
    Store 2393, date 9-3-2020, total $30.46 spent at 2:29pm. It gave me no validation code.

    Mild tenders I got spicyI asked for double ranch dressing I got none
    I did drive thru the server was very indifferent

      I filled out the survey 3 times and still couldn’t a Validation Code. I got my meal on Monday, June 15th with my ticket. also, I called the survey phone number to so the survey. It kept telling me that the Popeyes Store #4560 at the top of my ticket wasn’t valid. This was very frustrating because I have completed the Surveys before without any difficulties.

    This is the stupidest site ever. Just want to take a simple survey to get code to get free food with a drink. U show me cars, wood, why a survey is good, how to make up a survey. Everything but what I’m on there for….where is the damn survey??

    My experience was great and my order was correct !! This is the first time this happened with my order.. the large side order of green beans had a weird taste! Maybe too much of a bacon bit taste ?? Hard to explain..but was an odd fake taste to it ! The green beans themselves were cooked right..I think it was a spice in it ! Other than that..all was fine ! I actually threw green beans away..only took two bites ! I will go back…I’ll try green beans again and see !

    I got a receipt that had a two piece chicken and biscuit free with the purchase of a large drink. My family dined in and purchased an eight piece box and two chicken sandwiches. I took the survey on my computer; but the response was that I wasn’t eligible for the reward or validation code. I was at store #11115, on 02/14/20 at 07:55 pm for a total of $21.37. I was very satisfied with the service and Ronika. I don’t understand why I wasn’t eligible for the free chicken code?

      we visited store #1430 on Broadway in minneapolis to get the advertised shrimp special, The shrimp was soggy, batter falling off and the shrimp was mushy! I tried another-NOPE! RAW SHRIMP! So,we gave up on the shrimp, we ‘ve had the shrimp before, and we really like it, this was awful! We shared the chicken breast which was supposed to be spicy, but was not. I tried to get the code for the free chicken and biscuit, but after finishing the survey- no code! What’s going on? How do I get in touch with corporate! Hope I dont get sick from eating a raw shrimp!!!

    I ordered 2 2 piece dark meals and they gave me white meat I didn’t notice to I made it home to eat and when I called the lady said I had to bring it back I said mam I’m down the road 20 min away she said okay that’s corporate rules so I’m trying see how can I get my money back or sum food I went to the Popeyes on 350 e nine mile rd Pensacola Florida I’m very upset you can give me a call at 850-512-9126 I’m out of 14 dollars cause I threw it in the trash my name Louise

    We ate there yesterday with a friend. We have 2 separate receipts. We took the survey when we got home and was able to get a validation code. Today, we were able claim and were to get 2 fried chickens and a biscuit each with a purchase of a large drink which is just around $2.40. They also threw in a strawberry pie for each of us.

    Tip: If it does not work on your phone, try another phone or a laptop.

    I went to store 12312 in Gilroy CA. They had a cashier trainee that handed me my shrimp without the cocktail sauce. When I asked for it he said he would have to charge me extra. I tried to explain to him that the sauce came with the food item. He insisted he would have to charge me extra. As I was discussing this with the trainee, another employee named Erica (when I asked her name she rudely replied “Erica, remember it!!” She was obviously uneducated and very much ghetto and didn’t know how to mind her business as I was speaking to the training cashier. Anyway, if you like ghetto, uneducated Erica’s serving you, then this is the place to go. if not, I would suggest to stay away. There are plenty of other food options near by.

    i have been to popeyes three times did survey and did not get a code this is a joke still have receipt took them back to resturant they would not honor without code. also was given wrong order did not notice until i was home.

      Yes, I also took the survey 3 different times and it said not eligible. How much do you have to spend to get the code! I’m a regular at Popeyes and should get a free meal based on loyalty alone. Thanks and happy holidays!

    Don’t waste your time completing the Popeyes’ survey. It’s a scam. I ate at Popeyes’ twice this week (paid over $22.00 each visit) and both times I completed the survey on line. It did not give me a validation code for either of my visits. The price I paid for my meal was not worth it. I could’ve spent that much and got a family meal somewhere else.

    I enjoy my free 2 piece chicken with a biscuit once per month with the purchase of a large drink. I was disappointed the price of the large drink suddenly went up a dollar. May as well just purchase a 2 piece dinner. Don’t get slick on the people Popeyes.

    Visited one of your stores on Nov 4, in Chesapeake Virginia on 4037 Indian river Rd, 23336, store#7206, time 5:48 pm, total on ticket was $17.80. Order 4 of your children sandwich, which had no pickers because u were out of them. My complaint is that of the 4 sandwiches, one was just crust and I mean Crest, I even took pic of it because I was informed and ny your commercials showed a delicious fried sandwich which I did not receive but I did receive one quarter chicken and the balance was crust with no pickles so my complaint is a uncompleted sandwhich with too much crust and had no pickers and I would like it redid and that I received a correct chicken sandwich. I could not get through to anyone by phone last night nor today. Num on ticket is 7573610270. Please respond to my complaint.

    Very dissatisfied with service I ordered 2 piece white chicken diner to begin with was given 3 piece dark meat and have allergies to dark meats. Manager was extremely rude to me especially employee so you don’t stand by your enjoy 2 piece of chicken agreement at all. I am going to tell everyone about rudeness of people running and operate store I am highly dissatisfied with business. I order white meat and given dark meat not one thing right about it.

        Had to wait 19 mins to get a spicy chicken sandwich. there was just two customers in the drive thru. There was also an additional $.50 upcharge for the sandwich not explained.
