Just visit any participating Popeyes and make a purchase to receive your receipt.
You should see the survey information on the back of your Popeyes receipt.
You must visit www.tellpopeyes.com or call 1-800-682-0219 to complete the brief survey.
You must complete the survey within 2 days of your Popeyes purchase.
You will receive a validation code when you complete the survey, which you must enter on your receipt.
Then bring back the receipt with the validation code to redeem for your free 2 pieces of chicken and a biscuit when you purchase any large drink.
There is a limit of 1 offer per guest per month for this promotion, although you can probably work around that limit, as they do not take your name during the survey process.
For those looking to score the free food offer without making an initial purchase, you can also just grab a receipt from somewhere around the restaurant, as you’ll usually find one laying on the ground outside or around the garbage where people drop them.

The Opelika Al. location is at best sub standard. Little or no qualified help which has lasted two years now. I stop in about every three months and there is no improvement. The last two times I have tried to find and complete a survey but your ticket information does not match your survey form. Let me start by saying I love your chicken and shrimp dishes. Used to log be your green beans too but it’s been discontinued at our Popeyes store #10680 (Bremerton, Wa).
So on that note yesterday I purchased your 5 pc meal mild to go. It’s a good thing I checked it before we left as I had 4 pcs not 5. When I went back in to get my thigh I was told that since they didn’t have a mild thigh they gave me NO thigh at all. They did not even ask if I might’ve wanted a different piece or even a spicy thigh instead. They said nothing to me at all about only having 4 pcs in my order. BTW, I got the spicy thigh which ended up not being spicy at all!

After seeing all the comments on this site from customers who could not access the feedback website, I am not convinced that anyone will read my comments. I stopped at store # 4427 at 3:35 p.m. on Wednesday, December 2, 2020 to buy my 84-year old mother chicken, mashed potatoes, and green beans. Green beans were not available, along with most other sides. After ordering what I could, I stood there watching employees behind the counter, as well as in the kitchen. I was totally shocked and disgusted when I saw someone in the kitchen with his mask off his nose, mouth, and down to his chin. One other employee had his mask off his nose as well as several of the employees behind the counter. How can this be when 13.8 million people in the United States have contracted COVID-19 with over 271,000 deaths? This is totally unacceptable. When I was leaving, someone, who looked like she may be a manager, arrived. I stood there for a moment, thinking the employees may place their masks where even kindergarten students know where to place them. No, that did not happen. I certainly hope my mother does not contract the virus, because I will know exactly what information that is needed to inform legal experts to rectify this situation.

I went to store 12312 in Gilroy CA. They had a cashier trainee that handed me my shrimp without the cocktail sauce. When I asked for it he said he would have to charge me extra. I tried to explain to him that the sauce came with the food item. He insisted he would have to charge me extra. As I was discussing this with the trainee, another employee named Erica (when I asked her name she rudely replied “Erica, remember it!!” She was obviously uneducated and very much ghetto and didn’t know how to mind her business as I was speaking to the training cashier. Visited one of your stores on Nov 4, in Chesapeake Virginia on 4037 Indian river Rd, 23336, store#7206, time 5:48 pm, total on ticket was $17.80. Order 4 of your children sandwich, which had no pickers because u were out of them. My complaint is that of the 4 sandwiches, one was just crust and I mean Crest, I even took pic of it because I was informed and ny your commercials showed a delicious fried sandwich which I did not receive but I did receive one quarter chicken and the balance was crust with no pickles so my complaint is a uncompleted sandwhich with too much crust and had no pickers and I would like it redid and that I received a correct chicken sandwich. I could not get through to anyone by phone last night nor today. Num on ticket is 7573610270. Please respond to my complaint.

I was at one your restaurant in South Carolina and order a 11PC bundle meal that took 15 minutes receive with only four people in the restaurant

Very dissatisfied with service I ordered 2 piece white chicken diner to begin with was given 3 piece dark meat and have allergies to dark meats. Manager was extremely rude to me especially employee so you don’t stand by your enjoy 2 piece of chicken agreement at all. I am going to tell everyone about rudeness of people running and operate store I am highly dissatisfied with business. I order white meat and given dark meat not one thing right about it.

Had to wait 19 mins to get a spicy chicken sandwich. there was just two customers in the drive thru. There was also an additional $.50 upcharge for the sandwich not explained.
