To qualify for your Free Big Zax Snak from Zaxby’s, you must join the Zaxby’s Zax Rewardz Program either online or in the Zaxby’s mobile app.

Once you join Zax Rewardz, you’ll receive 1 Free Big Zax Snak that is valid for 14 days after receipt, which you can either redeem online or in-store.

To redeem your Free Big Zax Snak online, you must log in to your account either on Zaxbys.com or in the Zaxby’s mobile app, add 1 Big Zax Snak Meal with Regular Fries and a Small Drink, and then apply the Free Big Zax Snak Meal Reward where shown, and the amount of the Big Zax Snak Meal will be deducted when you complete your online checkout.

If you want to redeem your Free Big Zax Snak in-store, you must log in to your account on the Zaxby’s mobile app, select the Free Big Zax Snak Meal from the Deal & Offers section on the Rewards Tab, and select the option to Redeem In-Store, and then when you visit your local Zaxby’s location, you simply scan the barcode when you are prompted during the order process.
