This is the most confusing credit card I’ve ever had. I have to just buy something and take a chance on the definition of “home furnishing store” ?? OR… must I memorize the quarter changes and take a chance that it didn’t change the day just before and is now not covered… OR….. does it not change until the next day and is not now currently covered? What is covered by “home furnishing”…..is that always different than “furniture” ?? Is Best Buy merchandise furniture or home furnishings ?? Is a lamp from Home Depot covered in some months as home furnishing but not in other months ? We had to buy bought a lot of major appliances and furniture in 2014 due to a flood, but it did not happen in the right quarter’ so I used another card that did not have these stupid categories. Also…What good does it serve to have to “register”, “before” each quarter? It’s certainly not going to make me use the card more often, in fact it’ll do the opposite if I can’t remember if I registered even if I could remember it’s the right Quarter I don’t see how I’ll ever get much use from this card. LIFE’S COMPLICATED TO MUCH ALREADY. One question…..Do you think your customers are looking to complicate their lives? Who needs this????
