    The US Bank Cash + Visa Signature Card must be applied to in person or on the phone (not online.) It has a cap of earning 5% off on the first $2,000 spending each quarter (3 months) in the two rotating 5% off categories you pick (must select these every quarter), else 1%. There are unlimited earnings on the one 2% category you pick out of Gas Groceries or Drugstores.

    For U.S. Bank cash+, the Drug Store 2% category has been eliminated, and the Restaurants category has taken its place (i.e., demoted from 5% to 2%).
