After 1 year, your earned credits will expire.
Travel credits cannot be used alongside any additional promotions and may not be transferred or exchanged for cash or money.
Travel credit cannot be reused in the event of a guest canceling a booking where the credit has been applied.
There is a maximum amount of credit that you can have at any point in your account of 500 EUR (about $550 USD).
