Preferred Credit Union offers a $50 referral bonus for both parties when a current member refers a new member who opens a Savings account in addition to a loan, Visa credit card, or Checking account with direct deposit.
Preferred Credit Union has branches in Western Michigan serving the local communities, but Membership is available to anyone in the state of Michigan who becomes a member of the Co-Optical Service ($2 sign-up fee at credit union).
I’ve contacted Preferred Credit Union directly to see if anybody outside of the state of Michigan could qualify for membership through the Co-Optical Service, but they do not offer membership outside the state of Michigan.
Preferred Credit Union Referral Bonus Details
When a current member of Preferred CU refers a new member who opens qualifying accounts, you will both receive a $50 bonus.
Just complete the Preferred Credit Union Referral Form and provide it to your friends, family, and coworkers.
The new member must open both a Savings account and 1 of the following: a loan, Visa credit card, or Checking account with direct deposit.
A new member is anyone who has not had an account at PCU for at least 1 year and is 18 years or older.
Members can refer as many people as you want to earn a $50 bonus for each referral.
Plus, the newly referred members will also receive a $50 bonus, so everybody wins.
If you are a current PCU member, please feel free to share your information for referrals in the comments section below this article.
The current member information needed to complete the referral form is your name, physical address, and email address, and the new member only requires a name, so if you leave your info in the comments, new members will be able to use it to complete the referral form and earn a $50 bonus for both of you.
Michigan residents may also be interested in the Port City Federal Credit Union Referral Program for even more bonus rewards from your local credit union.
Participate in the Preferred Credit Union referral program to earn a $50 bonus each for both new and current members.
